Milliken Enterprises Inc. is seeking to fill 5 temporary Landscape Laborer positions in various locations including Collin, Dallas, Hunt, Kaufman, and Rockwall. This full-time role involves outdoor work in diverse weather conditions, focusing on maintaining lawns and flower beds, as well as performing tasks related to irrigation installation and repairs. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and potential for performance-based raises and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to maintain lawns and flower beds.
• Dig holes and trenches using hand tools, with a maximum depth/width of 3 ft.
• Plant, lay sod, and assist with irrigation installations and repairs.
• Operate motorized vehicles as needed.
• Load and unload tools, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, involving extensive standing, sitting, or walking.
• Perform frequent stooping, bending, and repetitive movements.

Requirements

• Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
• Physical capability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in landscaping or similar outdoor labor roles.
