The Lead Landscape Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality landscape maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction through direct interaction and effective communication. This role requires a self-starter who can operate landscape equipment and manage tasks efficiently while working outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality landscape maintenance services.
• Operate and maintain gas-powered landscape equipment.
• Drive a truck with a trailer (enclosed and dump).
• Use a mobile phone application for scheduling and notifications.
• Interact directly with customers to provide service and communication.
• Estimate effort, time, and materials for landscape maintenance work.

Requirements

• Must have a current driver's license and a clean record.
• Experience in trimming, mowing, hedges/trees, and plant/lawn care.
• Ability to work outside year-round in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
