About the position

Nature's Care Orlando LLC is seeking a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts in Central Florida. This role involves being the primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing operational expenses, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve revenue and contract renewal goals. The Account Manager will also be involved in business development and will work closely with the production team to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and assist the production team in service delivery.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals through outstanding service.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and resolve complaints.
• Create property reports and follow up on open items with customer management teams.
• Monitor operation expenses and provide avenues for improvement.
• Communicate client expectations to the production team.
• Execute landscape quality audits and provide feedback to the production team.
• Support collection of accounts receivables and create client proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to schedule and route maintenance work efficiently.
• Promote high standards for customer service and safety culture.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring crew members.
• Manage multiple crews and make recommendations for hires and promotions.

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years of crew management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email management.
• Basic mobile app knowledge to create work tickets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
