Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships for a specified portfolio of properties
  • Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to the department's overall growth and sales goals
  • Meeting clients at their properties to conceptualize maintenance and garden design services
  • Working with the operations department to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Communicating with the purchasing department to ensure production of plant material
  • Visiting work sites to direct work and find teachable moments with crews
  • Learning and mastering company-wide software to create work tickets and estimates

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of residential landscape sales experience
  • Ability to forge long-lasting client relationships
  • Experience in managing a high volume of individual accounts
  • Open communication and problem-solving skills
  • A clean RMV driving record
