About the position
The Landscape Maintenance Team Member at Campbell Landscaping LLC is responsible for managing job sites, coordinating resources, and leading a small team to ensure efficient and high-quality landscape maintenance services. This role involves driving company vehicles, operating equipment, and maintaining communication with both team members and management to achieve project goals within safety and budgetary guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks and haul trailers to job sites.
- Manage crews of 2-3 people effectively.
- Assist in planning and organizing projects based on blueprints and job site estimates.
- Safely operate all necessary equipment for the job, including trucks with trailers.
- Transport materials to job sites as needed.
- Communicate daily plans to team members and keep management informed.
- Train team members positively, considering their varying levels of knowledge and experience.
- Maintain efficiency while upholding company standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid, unrestricted Ohio Driver's license.
- 1-3 years of horticultural field experience.
- Working knowledge of standard construction and/or horticultural practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
