About the position

The Landscape Sales Representative at Landscape Gardens is responsible for driving sales of landscaping and hardscape services to high-end residential clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to create desirable outdoor spaces. Responsibilities

• Conducting client and prospect visits to sell company services.
• Promoting design/build, maintenance, enhancement, and snow programs offered by the company.
• Maintaining strong relationships with current and former clients for enhancement opportunities.
• Compiling information gathered from meetings.
• Conveying clients' needs and goals to the Designer based on the scope of the project.
• Coordinating with Designer and client for design/build projects.
• Preparing final proposals encompassing all details.
• Discussing proposals with clients.
• Closing sales.
• Identifying and developing new client relationships.
• Attending networking events to develop new business.
• Developing strategic partner relationships to create an ongoing pipeline of referrals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of landscape sales experience including design/build projects, maintenance, enhancement, and snow sales.
• Demonstrated knowledge of plants and hardscape for high-end residential projects or other construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externally.
• A valid driver's license and clear Motor Vehicle Report required.
