About the position

The Landscaping Account Manager at McFarlin Stanford is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing landscape maintenance and enhancements for high-end residential and commercial properties. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and managing projects from design to implementation. The position requires a blend of project management, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality landscaping services.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing landscape maintenance and new landscape enhancements for clients
• Communicate and consult with clients to understand their needs and address concerns
• Act as Project Manager, managing projects from start to finish including design, planning, and implementation
• Make recommendations to clients for enhancements or additional services
• Lead and manage a team of landscapers, providing training and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Ensure quality of materials and services meet the highest standards and regulations
• Monitor project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in landscaping for high-end residential and commercial clients
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Landscape Maintenance/Horticulture, Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, etc.)
• Proficiency in high-end residential landscaping
• Knowledge of materials, methods, tools, and equipment for lawn maintenance
• Landscape Irrigation Technician or Licensed Irrigation License preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients
