The Landscaping and Groundskeeping Laborer position at Fairway Landscape, LLC involves performing various landscaping tasks under close supervision. The job is seasonal, running from April 1, 2025, to December 1, 2025, and requires workers to be available for the entire duration of employment at designated worksites in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow turfgrass lawns.
• Perform cleanup by blowing, raking, or sweeping grass clippings and leaves.
• Pick up sticks and debris in lawns and landscaped areas.
• Water, prune, trim, and shear various types of plants.
• Dig up turfgrass to transplant or create landscape beds.
• Pull weeds from landscaped beds and paved areas.
• Haul, apply, and stack mulch, soil, rocks, and other horticultural products.
• Dig holes to plant or transplant flowers and remove shrubs or trees.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow workplace rules and guidelines.
• Availability to work the entire contract period from April 1, 2025, to December 1, 2025.
