About the position

The Landscaping Project Manager at Aiello Landscape is responsible for overseeing landscaping projects from initial client engagement through to post-installation inspections. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, project management, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with the company's mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional client relationships with landscaping clients.
• Meet with assigned potential clients and landscape architects to create detailed estimates.
• Revise estimates based on client feedback and work to close sales.
• Communicate with clients in a timely manner during the pre-production phase.
• Coordinate subcontractors and order materials for projects.
• Establish permitting and schedule crew for installations.
• Inspect properties before installation, including irrigation and lighting.
• Oversee installation to ensure adherence to approved plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect projects post-installation to ensure quality and compliance with Aiello standards.
• Invoice materials and crew times after project completion.
• Attend conferences to stay informed about industry trends and new materials.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in project management within the landscaping or green industry.
