About The Position
The Language Access Specialist is a bilingual healthcare interpreter responsible for facilitating communication between English speakers and Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals. This role collaborates with clinical teams to ensure quality care for patients, providing interpreting services and maintaining accurate documentation. The specialist may also translate written documents and provide sight-translation to enhance patient understanding of medical procedures and care instructions.
