About the position

The Business Analyst 5 position is responsible for receiving, processing, and presenting data related to weekly Service Requests within the IT department. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements during client kickoff meetings and consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete integrated projects for various Telecommunication services. The analyst will manage multiple projects based on agency assignments and facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and integration of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration.
• Obtain and report business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams, customers, and technical managers.
• Manage multiple projects based on agency assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience dealing with customers is required.
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working within a Telecommunications environment is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Enterprise setting is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with multiple network platforms is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network lines of service is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Clarity is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOps is preferred.
