Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Production Print to develop annual business and marketing plans that achieve financial goals.
• Create and deliver internal training to help commercial sales specialists identify and qualify large format opportunities.
• Serve as a program manager, supporting the commercial sales team through the entire large format sales process.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop territory plans that drive successful prospecting.
• Build awareness and relationships through networking opportunities like ABC, GRACRE, and other industry events.
• Oversee vendor relationships, act as the subject matter expert for service, logistics, and supplies, and support product installations.
• Assist with advanced software, driver support, and HP/Canon solutions, including HP Smart Stream, HP Click, and Canon Publisher Select.

Requirements

• Strong ability to support sales teams with patience and exceptional customer service skills.
• Engineering application knowledge related to printing technology.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Comfort working collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Proven skill in building relationships with business owners, department managers, and influencers.
