• Maximize Sales Opportunities by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer.
• Utilize Effective Sales Techniques to build rapport, apply top-down sales strategies, and overcome customer objections.
• Provide Exemplary Customer Service by acknowledging customers, maintaining composure, and resolving issues professionally.
• Achieve Sales Targets by meeting or exceeding Monthly Sales Performance Standards.
• Follow Approved Sales Processes to ensure customer trust and satisfaction through integrity and professionalism.
• Accurate and Efficient Rental Processing by qualifying and processing customer rentals with attention to detail.
• Comprehensive Customer Engagement by reviewing rental parameters and providing clear answers to customer inquiries.
