About the position

The Team Manager - Inbound Sales position is responsible for overseeing the Inbound IHG Call Transfer Vacation Sales team, focusing on package sales and conversion rates. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage daily activities, ensure adherence to schedules, and drive superior customer service while maintaining a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Inbound IHG Call Transfer Vacation Sales team.
  • Monitor and coach agents using company-approved forms such as Daily Action Plan and Agent Monitoring.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and review call recordings for training purposes.
  • Handle administrative duties including payroll, daily line-up, missed punches, PTO requests, and performance appraisals.
  • Track team statistics and set individual and team goals to ensure success and retention.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding transition from training to team assignment.

Requirements

  • Two years of sales experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Leadership experience in call center sales within the Timeshare industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain required sales percentage per week.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends.
