About the position

The Laser Hair Removal Technician at Laser By Ahuva is responsible for performing esthetic laser hair removal treatments while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves educating clients about available treatments and products, maintaining treatment rooms, and assisting with retail sales of skincare products. The technician will work in a dynamic environment, providing quality services to clients and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic laser hair removal treatments on clients
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Educate clients on available treatments and products
• Assist with retail sales of skincare products and services
• Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in esthetic laser treatments with CANDELA G-MAX SERIES is required
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and ability to promote products and services
• Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and record keeping
• Experience in other beauty services such as Botox, dermabrasion, hair threading, or cosmetology is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
