About The Position
Fast paced position requiring enough technical knowledge of all the equipment in laser department in order to avoid an interruption in production. Coordinate with support teams to ensure production targets are accomplished. Lead is responsible for all activities that occur in the department, they should be knowledgeable of all processes, procedures, and instructions that are applicable in the department. Serve as a role model for operators on safety, quality, attendance, conduct, performance and efficiency.
