About the position

The Laser Team Lead at Lippert is responsible for overseeing the production of finished parts using laser technology. This role requires effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. Responsibilities

• Assume a processing role in the production of finished parts using laser technology.
• Work as part of a team to achieve overall company goals.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects.
• Read and process written communication including work orders and measurements.
• Work independently and under close supervision as needed.
• Demonstrate production competency and knowledge of production systems.
• Rotate to other production positions as necessary.
• Operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery and cranes.
• Physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds.
• Exhibit successful problem-solving skills and maintain professional relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year manufacturing/industry experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, tape measures, and calipers.

• Experience in time management.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
