About The Position

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Technician, Waxing Specialist, Skin Care, and Brows Artist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional eyelash extension services and other beauty treatments while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. The position focuses on enhancing the overall client experience, contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
• Experience in eyelash extensions is preferred; additional skills in dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatment, barbering, or other beauty services are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn new techniques and trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Provide additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair threading, and nail care as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
• Utilize MINDBODY or similar software for scheduling appointments and managing client records effectively.
• Offer excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to provide clients with informed options.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive work environment that prioritizes client satisfaction.
