The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role involves providing high-quality eyelash application services while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
• Provide exceptional guest services, creating a positive experience for every client.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Promote additional services such as laser skin care and massage.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage social media accounts to showcase work and engage with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty service role is preferred.
• Certification or training in eyelash extension application is required.
• Skills in related areas such as guest services are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and retail sales is a plus.
• Experience in social media management to promote services effectively is advantageous.
