About the position
The Last Mile Transportation Coordinator at Electrolux Group is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Last Mile installation network. This role involves auditing deliveries, resolving issues throughout the order lifecycle, and collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective operations. The coordinator will also manage invoicing, provide status reporting, and support cost-saving projects to enhance operational flows.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits on Last Mile deliveries to ensure successful completion.
- Utilize Last Mile digital tools for internal and customer communication.
- Communicate with 3PL partners regarding order updates and resolution of open issues.
- Reconcile past due EDC orders and provide feedback to region managers.
- Document claim details, file claims with 3PL providers, and report claim recovery.
- Validate and approve 3PL invoices, ensuring prompt invoicing and payment of services.
- Provide ad-hoc delivery and install status reporting.
- Manage integration health between order management and last mile operational systems.
- Support cost-saving projects that enhance operational flows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years of operational work experience with emphasis on home delivery and supply chain operations.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience managing and reporting KPI performance through data tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with disparate systems.
- Aptitude for root cause identification and problem solving.
- Demonstrated cross-functional communication skills.
- General knowledge of home delivery business concepts and their impact on business profitability.
