About the position

We are looking for associates from law school class years 2019 to 2021 to join our expanding tax practice. This role requires a solid understanding of tax law, particularly in relation to strategic and private equity M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, and real estate matters. The position emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and writing on technical aspects of tax law.
• Assist with strategic and private equity M&A transactions.
• Support capital markets activities, including spin-offs and IPOs.
• Participate in investment fund formation and real estate matters.
• Engage directly with clients and participate in public speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the office to enhance teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with graduation years 2019 to 2021.
• Understanding of technical aspects of tax law.
• Experience with M&A transactions, capital markets, investment fund formation, or real estate matters.
• Outstanding oral communication and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials and creative problem-solving abilities.
