We are looking for 2-4 Video Editors/Videographers who are currently in college and between the ages of 18-25, with a strong understanding of Latino culture, specifically Mexican, Chicano, and Latino influences. This position is part of a 6-month internship program with a new Latino Media Company that boasts over 144,000 subscribers on YouTube. Interns will have the unique opportunity to work alongside celebrities and influencers, gaining valuable experience and credit in various production projects. Interns will be responsible for editing content using Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve, with a preference for those experienced in Davinci Resolve. The role involves working with cinema cameras and editing multi-camera podcast shows in collaboration with our creative director. Each shift will last 4 hours, and interns will also have the chance to shoot videos as needed, enhancing their skills under the guidance of our main film director, who has a wealth of experience working with notable actors and directors. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in recording podcasts and working on film projects, allowing interns to learn from industry professionals, including film directors, producers, and musicians. Interns will receive credit for all production work they are involved in, which will be beneficial for launching their careers in the media industry. After the completion of the internship, successful candidates may be considered for full-time positions as editors, videographers, or producers.
