About the position

The Laundromat Attendant at Spintastic Laundromat is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-run facility while providing exceptional customer service to clients. This part-time role requires a friendly and preferably bilingual individual to assist customers with laundry services and maintain the equipment and premises.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who are doing their own laundry with equipment & laundry cards
• Perform wash dry fold services for individual customers and commercial clients
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-run facility
• Identify equipment that is not working properly
• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment and building

Requirements

• Must be dependable and honest
• Good observation skills
• Enjoy working with people
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish
• Organized and able to keep the laundromat organized
• General familiarity with computers for point of sale and laundry card systems
• Dependable transportation
