About the position

The Laundry Attendant at White Lodging - Hyatt Place Denver Downtown is responsible for providing high-quality laundry services to guests while maintaining and operating laundry equipment. This role emphasizes exceptional service, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests and anticipate their needs.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment according to established procedures.
• Properly load and unload washers and dryers, ensuring not to overload machines.
• Fold linen according to established procedures and use folding machines and feed ironers as needed.
• Stock, clean, and maintain laundry carts, storage areas, and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role with a focus on guest service.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Certification sign off after completing training.
• Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.
