The Law Enforcement Liaison Program Coordinator at Foundation 2 Crisis Services is a vital role focused on implementing and overseeing training for new Liaisons in the field. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead by example, providing joint dispatches and shadowing opportunities for trainees. The Coordinator will assist the Program Manager with quality assurance and field observations of Liaisons on a monthly basis, ensuring that all documentation meets the necessary standards for quality assurance and data collection. Additionally, the Coordinator will play a key role in developing and implementing a standardized manual for the program, making recommendations for effective data collection and coordination among law enforcement departments. The role also involves providing necessary co-response coverage to law enforcement departments when a Liaison is unavailable, ensuring that the program's operations continue smoothly. The Coordinator will work primarily from the Cedar Rapids headquarters but must have the flexibility to travel between Cedar Rapids and Dubuque as needed, covering shifts from 8 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
