We are seeking a Law Enforcement Response Specialist to join the LEO team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing, indexing, and processing various types of legal requests from both US and global law enforcement agencies. You will participate in an on-call rotation for law enforcement emergency requests and internal escalations, which may require working atypical weekday hours and some weekends each month. Additionally, you will review the work of team members, create and deliver training, and provide constructive feedback. Leading internal training sessions as needed and enhancing operational workflows through process and policy improvements will also be key responsibilities. You will drive successful projects and tooling initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to analyze lengthy legal documents accurately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal oversight. You should be able to organize and prioritize assignments effectively and be willing to travel for testimony appearances on behalf of Snap. Experience working directly with law enforcement in a professional setting and previous experience reviewing sensitive content will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in law enforcement settings.
