About The Position

The Law Student Volunteer position at the U.S. Department of Justice offers law students a unique opportunity to engage in significant legal work within the U.S. Attorney's Office. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Researching legal issues
• Drafting and writing motions, responses, and various pleadings
• Providing trial support
• Interviewing witnesses
• Assembling exhibits for trial
• Attending trials, hearings, attorney conferences, meetings, and other legal proceedings
