Responsibilities
- Perform regulatory analysis and resolution for licensed organizations and their permitted premises.
- Analyze organization records and gambling equipment to determine compliance with statutes and rules.
- Evaluate record keeping, internal control systems, and financial records related to lawful gambling activities.
- Prepare communications regarding findings and corrective action recommendations for permitted premises records.
- Provide technical assistance to clients regarding applicable statutes, rules, and policies.
Requirements
- At least one year of continuous work experience in accounting, law enforcement, public administration, regulatory compliance, or a closely related field.
- Ability to compare information against statutes and assess compliance.
- Effective communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Skills to plan, prepare, and present training materials.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise field audit reports.
