Responsibilities

• Monitoring, diagnosing, and treating insects, weeds, and diseases.
• Applying fertilizers and weed and insect control products to lawns according to safety procedures and label instructions.
• Performing slice seeding, aeration, over-seeding, and major turf care renovations.
• Communicating with clients regarding work performed during site visits.
• Completing accurate record-keeping and reporting daily.
• Safely driving a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day.
• Working as a member of a tree care crew under the Arborist Crew Leader's supervision during the off-season.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (company will pay for the exam and help prepare).
• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is preferred but not required.
