Responsibilities
- Perform various lawn care tasks such as applying fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and machinery.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Lift 50lbs repeatedly each day.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Perform outdoor work in various conditions.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Pesticide Applicator's License (Massachusetts or Connecticut preferred).
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as ride-on machines.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining equipment.

- Previous experience in lawn care (preferred but not required).
