About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide remote, telehealth-based therapeutic services to individuals seeking support with mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about making a positive impact through convenient and accessible virtual care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other relevant therapeutic models.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to ensure holistic care for the client.
  • Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
  • Ability to practice independently and provide telehealth therapy services.
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and telehealth regulations.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and across a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to navigate telehealth platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with telehealth services and virtual care platforms.
  • Specialized training or certification in a specific therapeutic approach (e.g., trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, etc.).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
