About the position

The Women's Counseling Center, Inc. is seeking both part-time and full-time mental health therapists, including LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, and LCSW professionals, to join their thriving outpatient private practice. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing therapists to set their own hours while accommodating high traffic times such as after school, after work, and weekends. The practice promotes a great work/life balance in a casual and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling to clients in an outpatient setting.
• Set and manage your own work schedule, ensuring availability during high traffic times.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license as LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LPC-A.
• Experience in outpatient mental health counseling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
