About the position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our diverse clinical team in Texas. This full-time position offers a dynamic opportunity to provide high-quality therapeutic services to diverse populations, focusing on improving mental health and overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling services to clients across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques (such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.) to address mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Advocate for clients' needs within the community and connect them with appropriate resources, such as housing, healthcare, or social services.
• Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards in all therapeutic interactions and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Must hold an active and unrestricted Texas LCSW or LPC license.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred, with a strong background in providing mental health services.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including clients from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining a high standard of care and documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
