About the position

The LDAR Project Manager (NDEC Practice Team Manager 1) at Atlas is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of LDAR services for clients in the Oil & Gas industry. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. The position requires a strong focus on project management, safety adherence, and the ability to work in challenging environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Management of the day-to-day LDAR operation for customers in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Maintain scope, schedule, and budget for multiple ongoing projects.
• Ensure compliance schedules, tasks, and training are completed on time and within budget.
• Daily communication on project status with Atlas supervisor and client point of contact.
• Ensure adherence to all Atlas and client safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct health and safety observations/training on a routine basis.
• Perform M21 monitoring as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education.
• Demonstration of high integrity and work ethics.
• Must pass a rigorous background check and drug test.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
• Previous LDAR experience or experience working in petrochemical facilities/outdoor industrial environments required.
• Previous management experience required.
• Must currently live in or near Midland TX, or the ability to relocate to Midland.
