About the position

As a LDAR Quality Assurance Database Administrator at Montrose, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) program. This position involves a variety of responsibilities centered around database management, leak tracking, quality control, and reporting. You will assist in uploading and downloading data from handheld devices, developing monitoring routes, entering calibration data, and processing inventory changes. Your role will also include generating reports as requested by clients and ensuring that all leaks are reported to maintenance promptly. You will be expected to check emails for repair communications hourly and relay this information to the project manager. Daily quality assurance checks on calibration data, inspection data, inventory changes, and repair data will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will participate in and lead training sessions aimed at career development and safety, ensuring that all required certifications are maintained. This position requires a commitment to integrity, safety, and professionalism, as well as effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients. Responsibilities

  • Assist in all aspects of the LDAR program.
  • Upload and download handhelds, if applicable.
  • Develop and build monitoring routes in the database.
  • Enter calibration data into the database.
  • Insert repair information into the database.
  • Process changes to the inventory at required frequency.
  • Process and generate reports requested by clients.
  • Report all leaks to maintenance.
  • Check email for repair communication hourly.
  • Report repair communication to project manager.
  • Perform QAQC on calibration data daily.
  • Perform QAQC on inspection data daily.
  • Perform QAQC on inventory changes data daily.
  • Perform QAQC on repair data daily.
  • Participate in and lead training for career development, safety, and maintaining required certifications.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by client or project manager.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of Quality and/or Reporting experience preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Quality.
  • Advanced knowledge in LDAR related hardware and tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Federal, State and local LDAR regulations is beneficial.
  • Experience with Workday is beneficial.
  • Intermediate knowledge with LDAR database software programs is beneficial.
  • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) required.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

  • Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is beneficial.
  • State/Region applicable Safety Council Training is beneficial.
  • Refinery Safety Overview (RSO) training is beneficial.
  • Man lift Certified is beneficial.
  • First Aid and CPR Certified is beneficial.
