About the position

The Omni Channel Store Manager at Le Labo plays a crucial role in overseeing both the boutique and e-store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring high client engagement, driving sales performance, and embodying the brand's values. The manager leads a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting the artisanal ethos of Le Labo. The role involves managing staff, achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of belonging and empathy within the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front of house operations and e-store productivity.
• Lead a team to deliver high-touch client service and create strong client connections.
• Analyze sales and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and strategize client engagement.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse team.
• Manage operational excellence, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
• Develop community relationships to stimulate local brand adoption and growth.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and order fulfillment expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in a similar management role.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with e-commerce shipping software is a plus.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in luxury retail sales (1 year preferred).
• Experience in beauty and cosmetics sales (1 year preferred).
• Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.
