About the position

The Lead Account Manager at Honeywell is responsible for driving technology adoption and developing long-term transformational strategies for key accounts. This role involves managing complex sales processes, negotiating large-scale technology projects, and establishing strong relationships with senior executives to ensure repeat business and referrals. The position requires strategic thinking and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technology adoption and create long-term transformational account strategies.
  • Identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale technology projects with global customers.
  • Manage complex sales and account management processes with P&L ownership.
  • Negotiate large complex deals and establish credibility with senior executives.
  • Obtain repeat business and referrals by understanding the unique requirements of executive buyers.
  • Think strategically to drive better results for existing business and develop new accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales revenues against forecasts.
  • Collaborate with program team members to understand internal business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing technology adoption.
  • Experience in complex sales, account management, or line-of-business management with P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record in large complex deal negotiations.
  • Ability to navigate across Honeywell and customer organizations as a trusted advisor.
