About The Position
The Lead Accountant is a key member of the finance team, responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance department and the organization. This role involves overseeing budget management, maintaining the general ledger, and performing account reconciliations. The Lead Accountant also prepares detailed financial reports, ensures compliance with non-profit accounting standards, and collaborates with various departments to support the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
