About the position

The Lead Administrator, Timekeeping Applications is responsible for providing technical leadership and support for the implementation and operational activities of timekeeping and scheduling platforms. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and design solutions while overseeing training and optimizing service capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for timekeeping applications.
  • Support implementation and operational activities for scheduling platforms.
  • Set platform priorities and manage delivery of business and technical services.
  • Collaborate with IT, business operations, and platform vendors to gather requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions for timekeeping and scheduling applications.
  • Oversee training and continuously improve service capabilities.
  • Introduce new business efficiencies related to timekeeping and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience with timekeeping and scheduling applications.
  • Prior experience with UKG Dimensions, Kronos WorkForce Manager, or similar applications.
  • 1 year of experience working in a healthcare/hospital environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare/hospital environment is preferred.
