About the position

Epsilon is seeking a Lead Adobe Experience Platform Developer to drive strategic e-business objectives through technology solution implementation for customers. This role involves mentoring subordinate developers, leading the design and deployment of personalized customer experiences, and overseeing data integration strategies. The Lead AEP Developer will play a key role in large-scale Loyalty and CRM implementations, working closely with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of personalized customer experiences using Adobe Experience Platform.
• Oversee the integration of various data sources for accurate data collection and segmentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive key client initiatives.
• Mentor subordinate developers and provide leadership within the team.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Experience in delivering 2-3 AEP engagements.
• Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle and web content management.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and ETL tools.
• Ability to estimate project efforts and define teams with appropriate skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with other data platforms focused on campaign management such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Platform.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Technical certifications across one or more of the Adobe products mentioned.
• Former experience in an agency setting as a consultant.
