About the position

As a Lead AI Engineer at BCG X, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI solutions within the US Public Sector, while also engaging in commercial and private sector projects as needed. This position is designed for candidates who possess a strong background in technology consulting, particularly with US federal government agencies. The ideal candidate will have US Citizenship and an active security clearance (e.g., DoD Secret or Top Secret). Your primary responsibilities will include spearheading the development of innovative AI solutions, collaborating with diverse teams, and guiding non-technical stakeholders in effective software development strategies. You will be involved in the entire analytics value chain, from framing business challenges to deploying scalable AI solutions that address complex issues such as climate change. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Python and software development practices to design and implement AI solutions that enhance computational efficiency. You will also participate in thought leadership activities, contributing to scientific publications and representing BCG at industry conferences. Your work will not only focus on technical excellence but also on driving organizational transformation towards AI-led innovation, making a significant impact on the clients and communities we serve.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
