About the position

The Lead AI Engineer at Cast & Crew will be instrumental in revolutionizing the entertainment industry's back-office processes through AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on harnessing machine learning to enhance customer experiences and support business partners, while also turning complex data into actionable insights that drive innovation and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with diverse teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance internal operations and customer experiences.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced AI components, ensuring rigorous model evaluation and governance protocols are in place.
• Demonstrate expertise in AI technologies and tools, including AWS AI Services, VectorDBs, and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Develop and deploy generative AI models and features.
• Research and implement optimization methodologies to improve AI system performance and reliability.
• Shape the technical vision and long-term strategy for foundational AI systems, aligning with business objectives.
• Build high-quality, reliable systems that enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on AI research and translate complex publications into practical applications.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for business strategies.
• Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in deploying scalable AI solutions across cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Proficient in designing, developing, and supporting AI services aligned with industry best practices.
• Experience in creating and fine-tuning generative AI models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in developing AI algorithms using programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing training and inference software for AI operations.
