About the position

The Lead AI Engineer will spearhead the development of a scalable Artificial Intelligence platform, enabling business teams to effectively utilize AI-driven solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership and product teams to align AI initiatives with business needs, ensuring the platform is user-friendly and integrated with existing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI strategy by partnering with leadership and product teams to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on AI tools, providing guidance on selection and implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI/ML technologies into products and services.
• Ensure the AI platform is designed for scalability, security, and robustness.
• Partner with DevOps and IT teams to integrate the platform with company infrastructure and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead efforts to create data sets that transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Influence the business intelligence team to optimize data pipelines for scalability and accuracy.
• Stay updated with AI and ML advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI-driven products/services.
• Track platform performance and implement feedback loops to refine AI models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leading AI initiatives with a proven track record of successful AI-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern data engineering tools.
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying scalable AI tools and managing infrastructure for AI solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and business goals.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
