About the position

The Lead AI Engineer at Cast & Crew will be instrumental in transforming the entertainment industry's back-office processes through AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on leveraging machine learning to enhance customer experiences and support business operations. The engineer will integrate advanced AI technologies, analyze complex data, and contribute to the strategic vision for AI systems, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with diverse teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance internal operations and customer experiences.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced AI components, ensuring rigorous model evaluation and governance protocols are in place.
• Demonstrate expertise in AI technologies and tools, including AWS AI Services, VectorDBs, and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Develop and deploy generative AI models and features.
• Research and implement optimization methodologies to improve AI system performance and reliability.
• Shape the technical vision and long-term strategy for foundational AI systems, aligning with business objectives.
• Build high-quality, reliable systems that enhance organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on AI research and translate complex publications into practical applications.
• Thrive in ambiguous situations, conducting thorough analyses to uncover core issues and facilitate effective solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for business strategies.
• Design and implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in deploying scalable AI solutions across cloud platforms.
• Proficient in designing, developing, and supporting AI services aligned with industry best practices.
• Experience in creating and fine-tuning generative AI models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Golang for developing AI algorithms.
• Experience in optimizing training and inference software for AI operations.
