About The Position

The Lead Analyst - Clean Energy Programs at Avangrid is responsible for supporting the implementation of innovative pilot programs within the Clean Energy sector. This role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, tracking project milestones, and identifying barriers to project implementation. The analyst will also engage in cross-departmental collaboration to address gaps in the company's systems and support the operations of the Innovative Energy Solutions program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in program management or similar roles.
• Experience managing programs and/or implementing pilots.
• Knowledge of the utility industry.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced PC skills including spreadsheet, database management, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with Clean Energy Policy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vetting of potential pilot programs under PURA's Innovative Energy Solutions program.
• Implement innovation pilots, including preparation of regulatory approval documents and stakeholder management.
• Identify and report on pilot progress for assigned Clean Energy Policy programs.
• Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics for pilot projects.
• Oversee pilot projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and project execution.
• Monitor pilot execution, encouraging robust project plans and change management.
