About the position

The Lead Analyst - Field Operations position is responsible for providing high-quality support and consultation to the T&D Electric Distribution team. This role involves business planning, process improvement, performance tracking, and financial analysis. The analyst will monitor electric distribution processes, maintain confidentiality, and handle special assignments while projecting a positive image.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and present information to support the T&D Electric Distribution strategic operating plan.
• Coordinate, review, and request general plant purchases of $1,000 and over.
• Make day-to-day decisions based on company policies and procedures.
• Provide analytical support to Electric Distribution Operations.
• Perform line operations scheduling tasks and ensure execution of the defined schedule.
• Assess project scopes and assign appropriate crews and skills balance.
• Develop and track business unit financial performance packages and communicate results.
• Support emergency restoration efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related work experience (2 years minimum related experience may substitute for education).
• Administrative, budgeting, and analytical experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of electric distribution operations.
• Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures related to electric distribution operations.
• Familiarity with Corporate Emergency Restoration Plan.
• Knowledge of benchmarking and process improvement techniques.
