About the position

The Lead Analyst for the Global Benefits team at Vontier is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of global benefits programs. This strategic role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of benefits administration to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of global benefits programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for program optimization.
  • Develop and present detailed reports on benefits program performance, costs, and utilization to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with global HR partners, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits delivery and service optimization.
  • Assist in the development and revision of benefits policies and procedures, ensuring best practices and legal compliance.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and escalations regarding benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarking data, and competitive practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits analysis or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with external survey data sources such as Mercer TAAP or other global benefit specific surveys.
