At Broadridge, we are committed to empowering our associates to achieve their best. We are currently seeking a Corporate Actions Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the full product life cycle, which includes planning, organizing, and executing tasks related to the development and growth of our applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating client working groups for major projects, coordinating multi-client discussions, and understanding emerging client functionalities and business needs. This understanding will help in creating value-added offerings that meet those needs effectively. The Corporate Actions Product Manager will also coordinate the change implementation process, working closely with internal departments, external parties, and clients to ensure thorough testing and signoff. A significant part of this role involves creating and executing the product roadmap, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving product adoption. The manager will focus on revenue growth and expense reduction while collaborating with management and other product managers to prioritize portfolio development. In this fast-paced environment, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines is crucial. The role may require working off hours or weekends and traveling to meet client obligations. Additionally, the manager will support sales and marketing efforts through presentations, demos, and webinars, leveraging their expert knowledge of the products supported. They will oversee conversion processes, assist in reviewing test plans for enhancements, and coordinate end-to-end testing with our testing team. Participation in industry forums to monitor regulatory changes and industry initiatives is also expected, along with providing timely support for client issues.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client working groups for major projects
  • Coordinate multi-client discussions (agenda, project list, minute reviews)
  • Understand emerging client functionality and business needs and create value-added offerings to meet these needs
  • Coordinate change implementation process with internal departments, external parties, and client testing/client signoff
  • Create and execute product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and adoption
  • Drive revenue growth and expense reduction
  • Work with management and other product managers to prioritize portfolio development
  • Multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Work off hours/weekends as required
  • Travel to meet client obligations
  • Support sales and marketing with presentations, demos, webinars, and expert product knowledge

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of Corporate Actions Product Management experience
  • Knowledge of Global Corporate Actions Brokerage business
  • Custody experience is a plus
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Product Management courses are a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
