About the position

The Lead Application Development Engineer is responsible for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements. This role involves monitoring DTM dashboards, communicating with product owners, investigating alerts, identifying compliance risks, and reporting on status. The engineer will also bring ideas for automation and optimization to improve performance, working closely with DTM product owners and operators on both day-to-day and long-term priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements.
  • Monitors DTM dashboards daily and follows the cheat-sheet and user guides for related action items.
  • Communicates with DTM product owners, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure issues and solutions are understood and addressed.
  • Investigates alerts and works with requesters and job owners to close alerts.
  • Identifies trends and patterns and conducts research on them.
  • Identifies potential compliance risks and notifies DTM Product Owners and Leads.
  • Provides regular status reporting.
  • Brings ideas on automation/optimization for performance improvement.
  • Works closely with DTM POs and DTM Operators on day-to-day priorities and long-term priority items.
