About the position

The Lead Application Security Penetration Tester will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities within mobile applications and conducting source code reviews. This role involves working in a microservices environment and performing red team responsibilities. The individual will also assess and document findings from other penetration testers to present to stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct source code reviews to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Perform manual penetration testing on applications and APIs.
• Test security within mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Conduct assessments and document findings for stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with a team of security professionals in a microservices environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience conducting manual source code reviews.
• Experience with automated testing tools for SAST, DAST, and SCA.
• 7+ years of hands-on manual penetration testing experience.
• Experience with web application and API testing tools.
• Experience with mobile testing tools for iOS and Android.
• Experience testing within a cloud environment.
• Proficient in reading and coding in multiple programming languages.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Security certifications such as GWAPT, CEH, or OSCP.
